Refund policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy: you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items returned can be rejected if they do not satisfy the following requirements:
- The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached
- The item has no marks or stains
- The item does not have any odor (including deodorant, perfume, body odor or washing powder)
- A receipt and proof of purchase is available
MNEKE by Kissele Art reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by MNEKE by Kissele Art.

If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Store credit returns
Store Credits are available, if returned within 30 days of delivery. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be sent a store credit in the form of a gift card within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@mneke.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The return shipping fee is deducted from the total returned value.
